The color is absolutely perfect and gorgeous! I have been looking high and low for a small base (mine is 4in x 5in), long length (mine is 22in, I will do 24in next time, my bio hair is super long) in a beautiful color (mine is balayage caramel). The customer service is 5 star, shipping was super speedy. The hair is thick, coarse and shiny especially at the top where it is darker. The hair line blends seamlessly. The only draw back- there was a lot of shedding when I first brushed (wet shine soft bristle brush) and calmed (wide tooth pick) through the piece. After that it was been ok though (still some minor shedding). Also the curls don't hold well but turned into more of a wave which I like a lot too.
